LG Cookie Pep

Here, back again with yet another gadget review!

The all new Cookie Pep from LG is an innovative gadget that targets the youth.

As the name suggests, the phone will enable the young mobile users to have an extraordinary fun experience. It delivers all the essentials in communication, multimedia and entertainment in a delightfully compact form. Its really very cute and sits easily on the palm unlike the bulky bigass Nokia phones. The dimensions are 97.8 x 49.5 x 11.2 mm.

LG Cookie Pep is loaded with one touch SNS (Social Networking Websites) and tons of other pocket applications like, live cricket simulation and access to Facebook, Twitter and MySpace…and all that blah blah. The web browsing and social networking at your fingertips would be more than just fun.
It even has a motion sensor! which would beep for shaking you butt! The display rotates in which ever side you want it by just tilting the phone to the side you want. This helps in playing even motion sensor games on the phone without using any buttons. Everything is controlled by the phone’s shake. So shake!Sh sh ssshake! You will have a completely different experience with a touch. You wont believe what all wonders ur fingers can do. You will just go crazy tweaking it.

Crafted from “brushed aluminium”, the Cookie Pep sports a 3-inch WQVGA touchscreen (240 x 400 Pixels resolution) with a narrow 4.8 mm bezel and an amazing 3.0 megapixel camera ( now you can never miss out a moment with your loved one’s). Captures fast and brilliant images with just a click.
It also features an FM radio and media playback for most of the music file formats. It comes bundled with 42MB of internal memory and can be expandable upto 8GB using a microSD card (thats really huge for such a tiny gadget…!!!).

It just weighs 87gm.
Has a good Standby Time of Up to 360 Hours
But a disappointing Talk Time of Up to 3.6 Hours
Although it lacks 3G and WiFi, its still worth buying for such a competitve price.
Right now its available only in Silver and Black variants.
The unit’s sleek design is accented by a single back lit button on the face that functions as the menu, end and cancel keys, depending on the phone’s mode.
“Cookie Pep” will be actively marketed through a 360° plan. I am sure that this phone will be an instant hit among the youngsters”.

LG Cookie Pep’s new ad campaign features John Abraham (the gay man), Genelia D’Souza (the hot chick) and Abhay Deol (chargless man).

The LG Cookie Pep is available in the market.
Since it is targeted at youth, it comes with an unbelievable dirt cheap price tag of Rs. 7,200.
The price is expected to come down further.
Hope you have fun using it.

Please share your experience here after using the phone.
